Paleo Butternut Squash Recipe













My Paleo Dinner Formula is: a meat (or eggs) + a green
veggie + a starchy veggie (or sometimes a fruit) = dinner. 

When I think that way
it makes it so much easier for me to put meals together. The green veggie is
usually a salad, collard greens, broccoli, kale, asparagus, or Brussels
sprouts. The starchy veggie is often something like sweet potatoes, pumpkin, or
squash.
